Terms & Conditions
Bookings can be made by telephone, fax, letter, email or in person. A 25% deposit is required with the balance due on arrival. Payment can be in Cash or with credit/debit card. We accept Debit Cards, Visa and Mastercard at no extra cost, but for Amex there is a surcharge of 3% to cover handling fees. Accounts are not available unless bank and trade references have been approved. Written authorisation from credit card holders is required for cardholder not present transactions. To avoid disappointment please make your reservations as early as possible, if you are likely to arrive later than 6.00 p.m. please advise. Cancellations within 24 hours of an agreed booking will be charged at normal room rates unless we are able to re-let the room. |
